Returns Policy

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you would like to exchange your sunglasses or receive a 100% store credit, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sunglasses must be returned in their original packaging, including the case, pouch, and cloth.
  • The item must be unused and in original condition, with no scratches, marks, or damage.
  • Store credits are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

Please note: elo. eyewear reserves the right to refuse exchanges or store credit if the item does not meet the above requirements.


Refunds

Refunds are available for full-priced items if the following criteria are met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sunglasses must be returned in their original packaging, including the case, pouch, and tags.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with no scratches or damage.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using a shipping provider of their choice.

To initiate a return, please email hello@eloeyewear.com.au with your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotions with 40% or greater discount are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.


Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email hello@eloeyewear.com.au with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos showing the fault

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that faults caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing faults.
